This report describes the results of 4CH Tasks T1.2 and T1.4 concerning the mapping risk and user needs. WP1 defines the basis for the achievement of project objective 1, collecting and relating experiences, skills and best practices acquired and implemented so far in the European Countries, with specific reference to EU-funded research. The WP’s activities identify innovative approaches in initiatives, policies and strategies for the preservation and conservation of monuments and sites. In this way, it will help define in detail the fields which the Competence Centre will operate on.
